Ownership of and responsibility for the goods will pass to you once they have been paid for and delivered to you.
In the event that a product is out of stock when the order is placed you will be contacted and advised. Where possible we will off you a similar alternative product or advise how long before we can get the product back in stock. You will then have the choice to wait for the product or receive a refund for the item.
We reserve the right to cancel your order if the goods you have ordered are unavailable or discontinued, one or more of the items you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information made by us.
If the goods you order are unavailable we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a suitable alternative or to cancel your order. If we do cancel your order we will notify you by e-mail or in writing, whichever is appropriate, and will credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your debit or credit card, whichever is appropriate, as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. You will not be entitled to any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Goods received should be inspected immediately upon receipt and the seller notified as soon as practically possible and not later than 7 days after receipt. Where a claim of defect or damage is made, the goods shall be returned by the buyer to the seller, along with written details of the defect or damage. In certain circumstances manufacturers may elect to repair rather than replace products and you will be advised if this is the case. Where a repair is not appropriate the buyer shall be entitled to a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the goods are in fact defective.
We are sure you will enjoy your purchase but if you change your mind you may cancel your order in writing to the seller at any time before delivery or within seven days after the day following delivery. Following such notice any goods delivered to you must (except where goods are faulty) be returned at your own expense.
A refund of the price you paid will be made within thirty days of receipt of your written notice only upon receipt of the returned goods. The goods must be received back by us, unused and in new condition, in the seller's original packaging by a recorded delivery service at your own expense.
The goods you return are your responsibility until received by us so we strongly recommend that you buy suitable insurance to cover the transit for more valuable items.
